Our Mission

"This is Not a Truck": Our Mission

This is Not a Truck, a mobile gallery 
owned and operated by the BLOC artist collective.  
In the spirit of constant change and fluid membership 
"TiNT" acts as a gallery within the standard
mold of modern art spaces save for the fact it exists on 
the back of a utilitarian "box truck".

Our mobility allows us to redefine the nature of the public 
space of the city street and of the common meanings of what 
a "gallery" and a "truck" is.  It also allows us access to 
the public in diverse settings outside of usual constructs.  
We can appear and disappear at will.
